That is, the capacity to bend, but not break...and this went far beyond my yoga students.

In courtrooms, boardrooms, and weight rooms alike, my clients who were consistently voted "most likely to succeed" were those who knew how to change--or if they didn't at first, were willing to learn. 

See, our resilience is NOT defined by our ability to be impervious and muscle through...

Quite the opposite

Resilience requires us to be impacted by external forces, but remain open to adapt, flourish, and even grow in response to new situations, stressors, and stimuli.

Hence, my focus on change.

If you know how to make the  change you want

You can learn how to manage the change you don't.

And if you can manage that...

You can master anything.

MY STORY

A lawyer, a health coach, a resilience consultant, a personal trainer, a disaster manager, and a coach walk into a bar and the bartender says:

"HEY KATIE!"  

True story...I have been all of those things and each one of those experiences have contributed to the practice I have developed today.

For a long time, I judged myself as "distracted" or lacking "purpose" because I didn't have a singular straight path...

Turns out this winding path, with all its twists and side streets, led me directly to my purpose...

Being the "KATELYST...."

Helping people learn to make, manage, and master change to ultimately become the most:

✅ Confident and 

✅ Content 

Version of themselves.
